I want to track my order

How do I track my order? 

Please don't contact us unless you have received your tracking number and your order is not being updated in the system after a few days or your delivery is taking longer that the delivery time mentioned below. We understand your excitement at receiving your order but 5 working days is 5 working days (our week starts from monday till friday). So be a bit more patient. :-)

We will send you the email with the tracking number as soon as we courier your order. Simple.

NOTE: If you have not received it, this means your order has not been shipped yet. Check your inbox or junk folder to double check. 

How long is the delivery? 

The estimated time duration for the shipment to reach the customer.

  • Local – 7-10 working days*

Pouffes Orders (contact customer service)

  • International and GCC countries – We don't deliver outside UAE*
  • Local – 3-15 working days*

    *However this may be slightly longer during particularly Covid-19, busy periods and/or musulman holidays. Thanks for your understanding.
